CONTEXT
Teleplan Globe wanted to explore how artificial intelligence could support intelligence analysts working with complex datasets.
THE CHALLENGE
The project began with an open problem space and no clearly defined direction. Through dialogue with Teleplan, we gradually narrowed the scope and identified opportunities for new solutions.
EXPLORATION
We explored several ways to make AI assessments easier to understand and evaluate.

Provided a quick overview, but made it difficult to understand how the AI reached its assessment.
Explanations and alternatives
Made AI reasoning and alternative explanations visible.
Design proposal
The exploration pointed to a need for greater transparency in AI assessments. The design proposal clarifies what is AI-generated, what is human-verified and how the AI reached its assessment.
